3248 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminate Sheet

3248 epoxy glass cloth laminate is a high-performance insulation board made by hot-pressing epoxy-impregnated woven glass cloth. It is engineered for high-voltage applications where strong dielectric performance must be combined with mechanical durability.

With dielectric strength ≥15 kV/mm, flexural strength ≥350 MPa and Class F heat resistance, 3248 maintains stable insulation under combined electrical, thermal and mechanical stress. Low water absorption ensures consistent performance in humid environments.

We manufacture 3248 from 0.5 mm to 50 mm thick as sheets or CNC-machined parts, shipping factory-direct to the USA, Mexico, Brazil and Europe.
