Description

3255 Modified Diphenyl Ether Glass Cloth Laminate

3255 modified diphenyl ether glass cloth laminate is a high-temperature insulation board built on a modified diphenyl ether resin system that delivers Class H (180 °C) heat resistance — well above the standard epoxy grades.

It maintains stable dielectric performance and high flexural strength (≥340 MPa) at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for Class H motors, high-temperature transformers and heating equipment insulation. Low water absorption ensures consistent performance.

We supply 3255 from 0.5 mm to 50 mm thick as sheets or CNC-machined parts, with factory-direct export to the USA, Mexico, Brazil and Europe.
