Among the strongest epoxy laminates, with flexural strength ≥340 MPa for structural insulating parts.
Minimal warp or shrinkage during machining — ideal for precision components and fixtures.
High dielectric strength and low loss, suitable for high-voltage and cryogenic applications.
Retains strength at very low temperatures, widely used in cryogenic and aerospace assemblies.
G-10 / EPGC201 is a continuous-filament woven glass fabric impregnated with epoxy resin and hot-pressed into a dense, high-strength laminate. It is the non-flame-retardant counterpart to FR-4, offering even higher mechanical strength and excellent electrical insulation for demanding structural and high-voltage applications.
With flexural strength of at least 340 MPa and very low water absorption, G-10 holds tight tolerances during CNC machining and performs reliably from cryogenic temperatures up to its Class B rating. These qualities make it a favourite for standoff insulators, cryogenic supports, precision fixtures and even premium knife liners.
We manufacture G-10 from 0.5 mm to 100 mm thick and supply full sheets, cut blanks and CNC-machined parts. Direct factory pricing and reliable container export reach buyers across the USA, Mexico, Brazil and Europe.
Both are epoxy glass laminates. G-10 offers slightly higher mechanical strength but is not flame-retardant, while FR-4 adds UL94 V-0 self-extinguishing performance. Choose FR-4 when fire safety is required, G-10 for maximum strength.
Yes. G-10 retains excellent mechanical strength at very low temperatures, which is why it is widely used in cryogenic supports and aerospace assemblies.
We supply G-10 from 0.5 mm to 100 mm thick in standard 1020×1220 mm and 1220×2440 mm sheets, plus custom cut sizes and machined parts.
Yes. We provide CNC cutting, drilling, milling and turning of G-10 to your drawing, including insulators, spacers and custom profiles.
We export G-10 by full container or LCL to the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Europe and globally, with free samples and complete export documents.
